What is your return policy for electronics?
You can return any hardware or accessory within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and condition. Please note that opened software and earbud-style headphones are non-returnable for hygiene and licensing reasons.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all new products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. The Tech Den also offers an optional extended protection plan that covers accidental damage and technical support for up to 3 years.
