At The Tech Den, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gadget isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Tech Den account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
